Refreshing fruit salad

11/05/31  1 ( 11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained.

1 ( 8 ounce) Can pineapple chunks, drained.

1 medium ripe banana sliced.

1/2 cup halved seedless grapes.

3 tablespoons cream.

1 tablespoon honey.

1/4 cup chopped walnuts.

1/4 cup flaked coconut. ( If desired )

DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, combine the fruit. In another bowl, combine the fresh cream and honey. Pour over fruit and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in walnuts and coconut if desired.
