11/06/14  Ingredients:

OkraClick to find more about Okra/BhindiClick to find more about Bhindi---2lbs (trimmed and cutted into big pieces)

Achar masala--kalonjiClick to find more about kalonji,jeera,saunfClick to find more about saunf,meethi dana,raiClick to find more about rai pinch of every spice

SaltClick to find more about Salt--as required OnionClick to find more about Onion --1 big sliced TamarindClick to find more about Tamarind water--1 cup

Khatai powder--1 tsp

Red crushed pepper--upto taste

ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera powder--1 tsp Oil for cooking

GingerClick to find more about Ginger/garlicClick to find more about garlic paste--1 tbsp

Preparation:

In a pot pour oil (as required) about 5 tbsp and heat it.Then add achar masala and let it crakel on low flame

Then add sliced onions and let it cook until onionClick to find more about onion become tender Donot golden brown it.Then add gingerClick to find more about ginger garlicClick to find more about garlic paste and saute' it.

Then add okras cutted and cook it until You see okras are covered with all of masala and are little tender.Then add tamarindClick to find more about tamarind water and khatai powder with red crushed pepper and mix it really well.

On really low heat let the okras cook until all sliminess is gone and they are cooked If needed add more water .You have to completely cook okras. It take 15 to 20 mins to okras get completely cooked.

Serve hot with chapati.
