Potatoes 5-6 medium, peeled and cut ( small pieces)

SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp or according to taste

Red chili 1 tsp or according to taste

Coriander seedsClick to find more about Coriander

seeds 1 tbsp

KalonjiClick to find more about Kalonji 1 tsp

ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera 1 tsp

Fresh green Chili about 4-5 cut

Fresh Coriander leavesClick to find more about

Coriander leaves to garnish.

Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Preparation:

Heat oil in sauce pan and add potatoes.

Fry for about 5 minutes.

Now add all the dry ingredients and stir.

Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes; cover up the sauce pan with a lid.

Check the potatoes, if they are done (are soft) then remove from stove.
