Batter Fried Fish recipe

11/06/15   Ingredients:

fish (cut into 3 inch pieces, marinated with 1/2 kg saltClick to find more about salt/pepper and ajinomoto(1/2 tsp each) and kept aside for 10-15 minutes)

Batter:

Flour 1 cup

CornClick to find more about Corn flour 2 tbsp

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Egg 1(beaten)

SaltClick to find more about Salt pinch

Cooking oil 6 cups for deep frying.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the batter and make a smooth paste.

Little water can also be added. Dip fish pieces one by one into batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup or anyway you want.
