SESAME CHICKEN BALLS

11/06/28  Ingredients:

1) Maple Lodge Farms Ground Chicken 1 lb / 500 g

2) light sour cream 1/4 cup / 50 ml

3) salt 1/2 tsp / 2 ml

4) pepper 1/4 tsp / 1 ml

5) flour 1/3 cup / 75 ml

6) egg 1

7) sesame seeds 1/2 cup / 125 ml

8) paprika 2 tsp / 10 ml

9) melted butter 1/4 cup / 50 ml

Method:

1. Combine ground chicken, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well.

2. shape (with wet hands) into 1 inch (2.5cm) balls.

3. Dust lightly with 1 tbsp (15 ml) of water.

4. Combine remaining flour, sesame seeds and paprika.

5. Dip chicken balls into the egg mixture then into the sesame mixture.

6. Place onto a greased baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.

7. Bake at 400F (200C) for 25 to 30 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
